Stone Creek Estates

Stone Creek Estates is a new single-family home development in New Scotland for individuals 55 and older. These beautiful one-story townhomes are geared toward baby boomers. They feature two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a two car garage and a full basement. With approximately 1,600 square feet of living area, these homes are very open and spacious.

The idea behind Stone Creek Estates was to create homes people can enjoy as they continue to grow. At the age of 55 we are still working and very active but might not need the large home we enjoyed while raising children. Stone Creek Estates offers a smaller single-family house with options that will allow you to age in the comfort of your own home.

Our model is open daily from 9am-4:30pm Mon-Fri and 10am-2pm Sat & Sun.
