CHRISTINE CULLAM

Christine Cullam serves as Chief Financial Officer for Carrow Real Estate Services, LLC.  Ms. Cullam has more than 16 years of industry experience in real estate finance and accounting.  She is a Tax Credit Certified Specialist and is qualified to manage compliance reporting for IRS Section 42 Housing programs.  Ms. Cullam also possesses a background in office and commercial real estate.  Most recently, she was Controller for one of the Capital Region’s largest real estate development and property management firms.

Ms. Cullam is a graduate of Siena College in Loudonville, NY.

DON HARRIS, CPM

Don Harris, CPM is Vice President of Real Estate Services for Carrow Real Estate Services, LLC. Mr. Harris offers over 30 years of industry experience as a real estate professional with a background that includes commercial and multi-family property management, project management, leasing and dispositions.

Prior to joining Carrow, Mr. Harris spent 12 years in corporate real estate with a Fortune 100 financial institution. During his tenure he managed a 6 million square foot portfolio of office space, retail branches, operation centers and data centers throughout New York and New Jersey.

Mr. Harris is a graduate of Syracuse University. He also holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker.

COLLEEN SLIFFE

Colleen Sliffe is Vice President of Real Estate Services for Carrow Real Estate Services in Kansas City, Missouri.  Over the past 7 years, Ms. Sliffe has managed the Summit Technology Campus, a 1.1 million square foot campus in Lee Summit that provides office, education, call and data center space for tenants such as Homeland Security, CVS Caremark, AT&T, Quest Diagnostics, Lee Summit School District and several national investment companies.  She also assists with oversight of the  management of the Pennsylvania Regional Offices. 

Ms. Sliffe’s background spans more than 13 years within the commercial real estate property management sector.  She has successfully managed in excess of 30 properties, consisting of 2.5 million square feet of retail, office and industrial space as well as a 550,000 square foot convention center.  In addition, she has confidently coordinated and completed numerous due diligence packages for properties remaining under her management during ownership transition.

She is an active member of the Kansas City Chapter of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and a current candidate for the RPA designation.

ZACHARY CONLEY

Zachary Conley, CCIM, is Vice President, Leasing with Carrow Real Estate Services.  His areas of expertise include office leasing with a concentration in medical office buildings. 

Prior to joining Carrow, Mr. Conley spent two years in commercial property management and six years at a national commercial real estate company.

Mr. Conley graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a BS in Business Economics and obtained his CCIM designation in 2007.

RUDY  R LYNCH

Rudy R. Lynch, CCIM, is Associate Broker with Carrow Real Estate Services.  His areas of expertise include landlord and seller representation with a concentration in the office and investment sectors. 

He brings to the table a background in sales, lease negotiations, site acquisition, property disposition, development, and market analysis.

Mr. Lynch graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a BA in Communication and Rhetoric and obtained his CCIM designation in 2009.
